POSITION
Test Engineer
The test engineer will be responsible for characterization test of Altierre’s hardware products including integrated circuits and system level hardware. This will involve programming labview to run control scripts, RF test equipment, DC measurement equipment, and temperature and climate control equipment. The test engineer will generate reports showing statistical variation of measurement parameters and comparisons to expected results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BSEE with MSEE preferred
The successful candidate will have extensive background in the use of lab view to control RF measurement equipment. Proficient knowledge of wireless communications systems, standards, and communications systems measurements is required. The preferred candidate will have worked on test and measurement of wireless communications standards such as cellular or WLAN. Experience in measuring system level ICs and the use of a wafer prober are preferred.
